Faith, Family, Finances…

Faith…
Doug believes the key to any success starts first with Faith in the One whom provides it. No matter where you are in this journey of life, “know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

Family…
Doug’s keeps growing. He and his wife Eva have two daughters and a son. Now their 2 oldest children have started their own families helping to keep Doug young at heart as a grandparent of six beautiful grandchildren and counting.

Finances…
In 1987, working 2 jobs to provide for his family while attending college at nights, and giving every other waking moment to his family, Doug’s career choice became evident. He felt that if his knowledge gained from his life experiences could help others avoid financial pitfalls and be on a path for financial freedom as soon as possible that he would dedicate his life’s work to it. Thus his financial career was started and it led him to eventually form Financial Craftsmen. Doug firmly believes the path to financial freedom is obtainable with a plan. That plan implemented today helps people to not worry about their finances “tomorrow,” because everyone knows “today” has enough worries of its own.

Justin Fletcher
Customer Relations and Operations Manager
Justin serves as Financial Craftsmen's Customer Relations and Operations Manager utilizing over a decade of customer service and project management experience from several industries. He also has the benefit of being Doug’s only son, to which he says that he has learned to appreciate financial advice and the industry whether he wanted to or not…but in reality, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.

As for Justin’s family life, it is greatly expanding as he and his wife, Kendra, enjoy each life-filled moment of their young son and little girl. Justin and his wife believe that “every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights” to which they accredited all success and wisdom gained from any experience. They are active members of their church and have partnered with several missionaries to help spread the Gospel to places greatly needing it.
